First, we chat: you’ll have questions

You tell me your challenge | opportunity | problem! Then we talk about your deadlines and budget.

If you like the cut of my jib, I go away and write a proposal. Maybe I’ll need to ask you some more questions, maybe speak to your customers, look at what your competitors are up to. Maybe you’re really organised and have sent me a brief!

Once you’ve confirmed what you need, I’ll send you my proposal complete with an estimated fee and payment terms. Maybe the person you report to needs to meet me as well; check that they like me too.

By the time you’ve signed on the dotted line, the original timescale’s probably moved slightly, so let’s take another look and create a schedule so you know what you’re getting and by when. If you want that before committing, not a problem.

Then it’s down to business

Of course, you could be a public sector organisation or someone to whom I’m subcontracting, in which case things will be slightly different. I’m flexible. That’s the thing about peace of mind PR, minds are like snowflakes, none is the same.
